Salty Lodge, situated in Mulifanua, is a perfect spot for those transiting through Mulifanua Wharf on the way to Savai’i, or for easy access to Faleolo International Airport. Relax and recharge before continuing your journey, or make Salty Lodge your home base during your stay in Samoa.
The lodge reopened under new ownership in 2023, after being closed for five years. The main hotel block, where the rooms are located, has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
Salty Lodge currently has 11 rooms, with additional rooms expected to be completed in 2025. Each room features comfortable beds, a private bathroom with amenities, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a small fridge, toaster, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also an outdoor balcony area, ideal for relaxing and observing the daily life of the locals.
The Salty Lodge Dining Fale is open Monday to Saturday for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. On Sundays, breakfast is available exclusively for in house guests. For guests arriving after 7pm Monday to Saturday, a light meal can be pre ordered and left in their room.
Guests are welcome to use the lounge located next to the hotel block where the rooms are situated. Here, complimentary Wi Fi, tea, and coffee are available for guests to enjoy during their stay.
