Blue Pacific Car Hire have a range of vehicles to suit any budget. Explore all of what Samoa has to offer from the comfort of your own air-conditioned vehicle, at your own convenience. Vehicles are of the latest models and can be delivered to you on arrival at the airport, or to your hotel. They can also be taken from the main island Upolu, to Savai'i by ferry should you wish to explore this unspoilt paradise, just let us know and we can arrange this for you as well.

Drivers License:
All international Fulll Drivers licenses are accepted, except Learners and Restricted drivers Licenses/Permits. A Temporary Samoan License will be issued upon receiving the vehicle - A fee of SAT$21 per license applies and this is payable direct to Blue Pacific Car Hire.

The minimum age to hire a rental car is 21 Years and over.

Bond (Refundable Deposit):
A refundable security bond of SAT$500 is payable direct to Blue Pacific Car Hire upon receiving the rental vehicle, and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle, pending the tank is refilled, and the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received. The Bond can be paid in Cash, or with a Credit Card imprint, which must be signed.

Insurance Excess:
All Vehicles are insured however the renter is liable to pay the first SAT$2000 (SAT$2500 for drivers under 25 years) for any damages.

Delivery of Rental Cars:
Pickup or Drop off to any hotel in Apia town & the Siumu area between 8.30am-4.00pm is Free. After hours (4.30pm-8pm) delivery to these areas is NZD$19 one way. For pickup and drop off to hotels outside of Apia the fee ranges from NZD$19 - NZD$56 each way, depending on where you are staying. Please notify us upon booking so the appropriate fees can be applied to your booking.
